Autumn Community knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. In 2021, our Non-Profit Organization realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Autumn Community.

To bring awareness to the GAPs and challenges faced by seniors

Health Clinic is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area.
